  紙管膠成分檢測所需的分析儀器及關于輔助資料:

  核磁共振交聯密度測定儀(NMR):膠粘劑樣品化學反應程度測量,膠粘劑的支化程度測試;

  電子透射顯微鏡(TEM)膠粘劑材料、原料及助劑的形態結構分析,膠粘劑分子的微粒形狀觀察及其尺寸分析;

  熒光光譜儀分析(XRF):膠粘劑制品中的各項元素成分定性、定量分析,微量元素含量的區間范圍分析。

  權威的圖譜解析數據庫,過往相同或類似的膠粘劑圖譜分析匹配圖。

  檢測手段:

  微譜分析法是做紙管膠成分化驗的最常用、也是最成熟的一種分析技術方法。在這個方法下,分析工程師首先會將取得的膠粘劑樣品配制成標樣,記錄并測試它的各項物理性能表征。然后用GC-MS、NMR、TEM、FTIR等分析儀器分別進行定性與定量測試,初步得到分析結果。再者就要與原先的膠粘劑類圖譜匹配圖進行對照匹配,再經過科學演算與邏輯推理,得出膠粘劑各個成分的大致含量區間。最后,拿來圖譜解析數據庫進行印證,確認最后的分析結果,做附屬說明后,出具分析報告。
